97 Observation Drive RYE, VIC 3941

Due to the inevitable life change of downsizing, these reluctant vendors unfortunately must move on. They designed and built this remarkable home and have enjoyed living in its luxury and location. Space abounds in this split level property with tree top views back to Arthurs Seat. Three generous bedrooms are all fitted with built in robes and the main with walk in robe and access to the internal Spa room. Three distinct Living zones/rooms (billiard room possibility) provide ample room for the entire extended family. The large formal lounge overlooks the dining room and includes a combustion fireplace creating ambiance and comfort. Walk through to the well-appointed kitchen which adjoins the large Rumpus area, with gas heating, leading to the expansive deck with scenic views. A large underneath workshop and double garage with extra height for the boat and/or Caravan completes the picture. Inspection will not disappoint.
